The Summit aims to bridge this gap by convening young professionals, employers, and opportunity providers in one structured environment for recruitment, collaboration, and talent discovery.

A defining benchmark of the initiative is its ambitious impact target — at least 80% of participating youths securing employment opportunities or receiving concrete commitments to advance their entrepreneurial ideas.
